The first working meeting of the EBA Scientific Committee for the Conservation of Indigenous Honey Bee was held today, where the members of the new EBA scientific committee met and agreed on activities for the future scientific committee. The representative from Estonia, Mr. Brant held a short presentation and introduced the attendees to Honey bee breeds/strains kept in Estonia, Mellifera in Estonia, Estonian Honey Bee Breeding Union, problems in Europe.
Mr. Michael Rubinigg was elected president.
