Our latest article, published in Food Policy and authored by our partners Dr. Claudia Coral and Prof. Dr. Dagmar Mithรถfer (Humboldt-Universitรคt zu Berlin), examines food fraud in the honey sector and its impact on the most vulnerable actors in the EU supply chain.
The study advances understanding of food fraud by integrating the concept of ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐๐น๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ and its multi-level structure.
