Aim of the webinar
The aim of this webinar is to provide a comprehensive overview of the
scale, causes, and persistence of honey fraud in Europe, while
highlighting the scientific, legislative, and practical actions needed
to protect beekeepers, consumers, and genuine honey.
The proposed structure includes four main sections, allowing the three
presenters to divide the content logically — covering the problem,
legislative aspects, and practical solutions — and concluding with a
joint summary of the main messages.
